I’ve always loved the verses in scripture that talk about hinds’ feet (II Samuel 22:34, Psalm 18:33, and Habakkuk 3:19). Other passages, including the Hebrews 12 account of a cloud of surrounding witnesses in heaven’s grandstand as we run our race, help breathe new life into courage to continue.
And not only continue, but train well that we might run well – with Jesus held foremost in our vision.
This month’s contributor post for Ishshah’s Story recounts the recent and exciting Belmont Stakes that took place in New York earlier this month of June 2015. It was one of those times when the Lord brought some of heaven to earth. The whole of the victory story holds significance for us as believers.
Though we may not be as swift and strong as American Pharoah, we have something better. Someone, who makes our feet like hinds’ feet. I encourage you to click the title link below and read this post.
Your heart, your courage, and your halting or weary hinds’ feet will be grateful.
